Sessions
Karolina Kuraj offers healing sessions face to face, as well as via Skype / FaceTime / WhatsApp / Facebook video call and phone call for remote and international clients.
Payment
Payment is expected at least 24h before the session. PayPal transfer, Revolut transfer, bank transfer or cash are accepted forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
All session fees are non-refundable, unless cancelled more than 24h in advance.
Appointments cancelled less that 24h in advance will be charged the full session price.
No-shows are charged full session price.
Timeliness
On-time arrival is expected to receive your full session. If you arrive late, you will receive your session only with leftover time. You will be charged the full session price.
If you do not answer my e-mails and/or messages up to 24h prior to the time of your booked session, the session is automatically cancelled.

Confidentiality
Please understand that the work we do together is not a therapy and by entering into this commitment you are affirming that you are emotionally stable, in sound psychological health, and personally responsible for all of your own decisions and commitments. All information you share during our sessions will be kept strictly confidential as the laws permit. Please note that as a Facilitator, I do not have the same type of client-coach communication 'privilege' that a therapist or attorney may have under the law.
Agreement
If it is not done by now, you must sign an agreement and send it by e-mail prior to our first scheduled session.
